Groups will be accommodated mainly in tourist class hotels in and about Prague. The rooms are three to four persons to a room with private bath/bathroom. If twin or single rooms are wanted, there will be a room supplement cost. Also, first class hotel accommodations in twins are available at a supplemental cost. Meals are half-board (2 meals daily) beginning with dinner on June 30 and ending with breakfast on July 6 and will be usually served in a common dining hall.

Ensembles will receive one free for every 30 paying participants, as will ensembles who participate in optional special 4-day pre- or post-Festival performance tours to Vienna, Krakow, Budapest, Brno/Moravia or Munich.

For choirs originating in the USA, it is a condition of participation in the Prague International Choir Festival and Competition that the Festival Organizing Committee, through its officially appointed IATA licensed and insured representative, reserves the exclusive rights to organize and arrange all air travel, accommodations, meals and transportation to, from, and during the Festival and any Pre- or Post-Festival extension tours. Exceptions are possible for airline reservations / costs.
