June 21:

-Morning or afternoon arrival of all choirs by air or coach
-Optional airport transfers
-Afternoon orientation and tour of Westminster Choir College and Princeton
-Dinner and overnight in dorms
-Evening rehearsals

June 22 :

-Breakfast
-Morning combined choir rehearsals
-Lunch
-Afternoon competition or adjudication
-Dinner
-Evening announcement of competition winners followed by combined choir rehearsals

June 23:

-Breakfast
-Morning combined choir rehearsals
-Lunch
-Afternoon combined choir rehearsals and free-time. Workshops for Directors.
-Dinner
-Evening concert by competition winners

June 24:

-Breakfast
-Morning performance in church services throughout the area by all choirs
-Lunch
-Afternoon free time for recreation
-Late afternoon dress rehearsal
-Dinner
-Evening Festival Concert - all choirs combined

June 25:

-Breakfast
-Departures for extended tour to New York City, Washington, DC, Montreal, Philadelphia, overseas tour or to return home
